Executive Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with clients and utilize product solutions to drive member satisfaction and close gaps in care
• Provide strategic consultation to clients and identify enhancement opportunities to drive client satisfaction and retention
• Liaise with internal teams to communicate product needs and service requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial
• Experience with a technical platform as a solution for large organizations and health plans
• Aptitude for data analysis and performing trend analyses
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
