Job Summary
Overseeing and optimizing administrative functions, the full-time Executive Administration Manager will support executive leadership, coordinate cross-departmental initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to align administrative functions with company goals and provide insights for operational improvements
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, document management, and communication flow between departments
- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and resolution of issues
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years in an administrative role, preferably within the HVAC or service industry
- Ability to multi-task effectively and demonstrate good organizational skills
- Experience working with senior leadership
- Proficiency in typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc
