Job Summary
Providing strategic and operational support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, the full-time Executive Administrative Assistant will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and develop executive-level presentations while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions
- Draft and maintain executive communications, agendas, reports, and meeting materials with exceptional attention to detail
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or boards of directors preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
