Job Summary
Providing critical support to the Dean and other leadership at the Merrick School of Business, the full-time Executive Administrative Assistant will manage calendars, oversee accreditation documentation, and coordinate events while working onsite with the option for up to two remote days per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage calendars for the Dean, Associate Dean, and Assistant Dean, coordinating meetings and supporting staff development initiatives
- Communicate with internal and external constituents, handling confidential correspondence and preparing reports and presentations
- Coordinate facilities management, oversee procurement of supplies, and manage all aspects of event planning related to AACSB accreditation
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Four years of progressively responsible administrative and management support experience
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
- Basic knowledge of event planning
