Job Summary
Supporting key leaders in a corporate environment, the full-time Executive Administrative Coordinator will manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, handle expense submissions, and assist with various projects while working Pacific Standard Time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for executives, preparing necessary materials
- Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense submissions and tracking
- Provide backup support to other executive administrative staff and assist with various projects and initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with building management and vendor coordination
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
