Job Summary

Executive Admissions Representative is a full-time remote position responsible for engaging prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process, and providing tailored solutions to meet their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and conduct consultative conversations to assess needs
• Facilitate enrollment by providing guidance on required documents, transfer credits, and payment options
• Maintain student information in CRM systems and collaborate with various departments to support student enrollment

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of online admissions experience in a consultative sales-oriented role
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Experience with high-volume outbound calls to generate interest and qualify students
• Salesforce knowledge preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines as an individual contributor
