Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Assistant (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and leadership team, including coordinating meetings and taking notes
  • Manage payroll reports, timesheets, and assist with HR and benefits administration
  • Assist with accounts receivable/payable and ensure smooth communication across teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field
  • 4+ years of professional work experience
  • 2+ years of prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
