Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and leadership team, including coordinating meetings and taking notes
- Manage payroll reports, timesheets, and assist with HR and benefits administration
- Assist with accounts receivable/payable and ensure smooth communication across teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field
- 4+ years of professional work experience
- 2+ years of prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
