Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Customer Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management and travel coordination
- Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings and assist with event planning
- Compile and process expense reports and support new hire onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
