Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Customer Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management and travel coordination
  • Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings and assist with event planning
  • Compile and process expense reports and support new hire onboarding
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
