Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's daily needs, including calendar management, meeting confirmations, and expense reporting
- Serve as a key point of contact, managing communication with employees, executives, and external partners
- Plan and coordinate travel logistics and department events, ensuring all details are handled efficiently
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive support and/or project coordination experience
- Experience with office applications including Outlook, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
