Job Summary
Executive Assistant is a part-time role responsible for providing proactive support to a CEO, managing administrative tasks such as calendar management, inbox triage, and coordinating internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and daily briefings to optimize time and focus on growth activities
- Coordinate accounts receivable and payable processes, including contractor payments and financial follow-ups
- Organize internal meetings, recruiting logistics, travel arrangements, and maintain stakeholder relationships
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives
- Proven ability to operate independently and manage responsibilities end-to-end
- Experience with financial workflows related to accounts receivable and payable
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- High comfort with modern digital tools for communication and task management
