Job Summary
Executive Assistant is a part-time role providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating communications, and overseeing financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create structure and proactive support for the CEO's activities
- Manage calendar, inbox triage, and internal meeting operations
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes, including contractor payments and vendor management
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proven ability to operate independently and manage responsibilities end-to-end
- Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and contractor operations
- Strong organizational skills for managing tasks and follow-through
- High discretion and trustworthiness with confidential information
