Job Summary

Executive Assistant is a part-time role providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating communications, and overseeing financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create structure and proactive support for the CEO's activities
  • Manage calendar, inbox triage, and internal meeting operations
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes, including contractor payments and vendor management
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Proven ability to operate independently and manage responsibilities end-to-end
  • Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and contractor operations
  • Strong organizational skills for managing tasks and follow-through
  • High discretion and trustworthiness with confidential information
