Job Summary

Supporting the efficiency of the General Secretary/CEO and Treasurer/CFO, the full-time remote Executive Assistant will manage communications, coordinate outreach efforts, and oversee special projects within a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding the General Secretary
  • Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts with Board members and donors
  • Handle multiple priorities and confidential matters with discretion while working independently on various projects
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Eight to ten years of administrative/secretarial experience, ideally in a nonprofit organization
  • Proven experience supporting C-Level Executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with the polity of the United Methodist Church is beneficial
