Job Summary
Providing high-level administrative support to executive leadership, the full-time Executive Assistant will manage the CEO's complex calendar, coordinate meetings, and oversee daily office operations in Washington, DC, while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar and coordinate meetings across multiple locations and time zones
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, expense reporting, and event coordination
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of common areas and conference rooms at the DC headquarters
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with AI tools
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy and detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in communications
- Comfortable working with data and performing analyses in Excel
