Job Summary

Providing administrative and operational support to executive leadership, the hybrid Executive Assistant will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with office operations while working both remotely and in-office in the Denver, Colorado area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for executives and leadership team members
  • Support day-to-day office administration and assist with planning company meetings and employee engagement activities
  • Maintain organizational systems, project trackers, and assist leadership teams with special projects and operational initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may be substituted
  • 5+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or operations support experience
  • Prior experience in a technology or SaaS company preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern collaboration tools
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
