Job Summary
Providing high-level administrative and operational support to C-suite leaders, the part-time Executive Assistant will manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, and oversee office management in a hybrid work environment in the San Francisco/Bay Area.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, travel planning, and meeting logistics for executive team members
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-up on action items
- Oversee day-to-day office management, ensuring a welcoming and efficient workplace experience
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative support role
- Proven experience supporting senior executives and managing complex logistics
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience coordinating events or office operations is a plus
