Job Summary
Supporting the VP of Client Success, the full-time remote Executive Assistant will manage complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and communications while ensuring operational excellence and data integrity for a client relations department serving over 3,000 clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the VP's calendar, travel logistics, and inbox with precision and discretion
- Conduct Salesforce audits and analyze operational data to identify trends and improve client experience
- Plan and execute team meetings, ensuring follow-through on action items and deliverables
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in an executive assistant or operations role
- Proficient in using AI tools for efficiency and data analysis
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and follow-through
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred
