Job Summary
Providing high-level administrative support, the full-time Executive Assistant will manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate new business, and handle social media, either remotely or onsite in the USA, ideally Los Angeles.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and organize executive meetings with prepared agendas and notes
- Handle correspondence, draft and edit documents, and maintain records for effective communication across stakeholders
- Support special sales projects and manage social media while maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Desire to grow quickly within the brand and learn from the executive and ownership team
- Strong attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
- Experience supporting executives or senior leaders, preferably in consumer goods, beauty, or startup environments
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
