Job Summary
Supporting executive leadership in a remote capacity, the full-time Executive Assistant will perform complex administrative tasks, coordinate office procedures, and serve as a recording secretary for committees as assigned.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of complex administrative and secretarial duties in support of assigned executive(s)
- Coordinate various office procedures and manage complex projects or programs requiring independent discretion
- Act as recording secretary for committees and assist with scheduling and calendar management
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree plus 1 year of experience in a complex office environment, or 3 years of experience in a complex office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Experience supporting executive-level leadership in an administrative capacity
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
