Job Summary
Supporting the Division President in a full-time remote capacity, the Executive Assistant will manage complex global scheduling, prepare briefing materials, and coordinate leadership meetings while utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Division President's calendar across global time zones, resolving conflicts proactively
- Manage international travel logistics, including itineraries and contingency planning, while preparing meeting materials
- Act as a discreet point of contact for stakeholders and support the planning of leadership offsites and customer events
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or divisional executives, preferably in SaaS, technology, or financial services
- Proven track record of managing executive operating rhythms and global coordination across multiple time zones
- Experience using AI tools as a standard part of work processes, with examples of transformed workflows
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure
- High emotional intelligence and professional presence to manage senior stakeholders confidently
