Job Summary

A company in the Business Services industry is looking for an Executive Assistant.

Position Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage complex meetings, projects, and travel arrangements
Prepare correspondence, manage incoming calls and emails, and assist with business development efforts
Submit and manage expense reports and maintain accuracy of CRM contact information

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years' experience in an executive support role
Bachelor's degree preferred
High client service orientation and strong computer skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with little supervision
Excellent project and workflow management skills
