Job Summary
A company is looking for a Board Liaison & Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary staff liaison to the Board of Directors, managing communication, scheduling, and logistics for meetings
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Leadership Team, including calendar management and meeting preparation
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with the development of office procedures and special projects
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative, executive support, or board relations role, preferably in a nonprofit
- Strong understanding of nonprofit governance structures and Board operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
