Job Summary

A company is looking for a Board Liaison & Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary staff liaison to the Board of Directors, managing communication, scheduling, and logistics for meetings
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Leadership Team, including calendar management and meeting preparation
  • Maintain organized filing systems and assist with the development of office procedures and special projects
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, executive support, or board relations role, preferably in a nonprofit
  • Strong understanding of nonprofit governance structures and Board operations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
