Job Summary
Supporting the Executive Leadership Team in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Executive Assistant and Event Coordinator will manage calendars, coordinate company events, and enhance employee experiences while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support by managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements
- Plan and execute company events, ensuring creativity and alignment with corporate goals while managing vendor relationships
- Collaborate with the People Team to enhance candidate and employee experiences, including scheduling and communication follow-ups
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project/Events Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience with complex scheduling and calendar management
- Proficiency in productivity tools, such as Google Suite and Slack
- Experience managing events for 75+ attendees
