Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant and HR Coordinator to provide vital administrative support for executive and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars, travel, meetings, and logistics for the Executive Team and Board of Directors
- Complete and track employment and income verification requests while maintaining HR compliance documentation
- Support HR operations and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- G-Workspace knowledge
