Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex executive calendars and support accurate expense reporting
  • Coordinate in-person events, employee celebrations, and maintain the administrative budget
  • Facilitate travel arrangements and set up conference rooms for meetings
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of administrative experience, with at least 1 year supporting C-suite or Agency leadership
  • 2+ years of in-office administrative or office management experience
  • High school degree required; additional certifications in project management or office administration are a plus
  • Experience with event planning preferred
  • AI Mindset preferred, demonstrating comfort with generative AI tools
