Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and support accurate expense reporting
- Coordinate in-person events, employee celebrations, and maintain the administrative budget
- Facilitate travel arrangements and set up conference rooms for meetings
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of administrative experience, with at least 1 year supporting C-suite or Agency leadership
- 2+ years of in-office administrative or office management experience
- High school degree required; additional certifications in project management or office administration are a plus
- Experience with event planning preferred
- AI Mindset preferred, demonstrating comfort with generative AI tools
