Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Assistant, Channel Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the SVP of Channel Sales
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics
  • Support coordination of channel sales initiatives and related marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or Sales/Marketing Operations role
  • Demonstrated history of job stability
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination
  • Experience coordinating across teams and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred
