Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant, Channel Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the SVP of Channel Sales
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics
- Support coordination of channel sales initiatives and related marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or Sales/Marketing Operations role
- Demonstrated history of job stability
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination
- Experience coordinating across teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred
