Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant I to provide administrative and business support in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations while ensuring high-quality presentation and style
- Coordinate and manage scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and board-level volunteers
- Handle sensitive information and provide administrative support for various departmental activities and projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with two years of administrative experience, or an Associate's Degree with four years of experience, or a High School Diploma with six years of experience
- Experience in producing high-quality documents and managing complex schedules
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
