Job Summary
Supporting a Barcelona-based Director in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Executive Assistant & Team Coordinator will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel logistics, and facilitate communication between two dynamic teams, TBIP and FOTI.
Key responsibilities
- Manage high-level calendar and inbox, ensuring efficient scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordinate international travel logistics and prepare materials for engagements
- Act as a liaison between the Director and team members, facilitating communication and oversight of program activities
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Team Coordinator, preferably in a mission-driven organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in digital file management and knowledge management systems
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
