Job Summary
Providing dedicated operational and administrative support, the full-time remote Executive Assistant to Alliances will manage complex calendars, coordinate stakeholder communications, and drive executive initiatives while supporting senior leadership within the Alliances organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize complex calendars and schedules for executives across multiple time zones
- Anticipate executive needs and coordinate resources to facilitate informed decision-making
- Plan and execute large-scale offsite events, including logistics and vendor management
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of executive support experience, preferably supporting Vice President-level executives or above
- Proven ability to independently manage projects from inception to completion
- Experience in Sales, Alliances, or Partnerships within technology organizations is preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as G-suite, Slack, and Zoom
