Job Summary
Supporting the Managing Partner of a growing accounting firm, the full-time Executive Assistant to CEO will manage priorities, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth communication in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and protect the Managing Partner's priorities, ensuring timely completion of important tasks
- Provide daily structure through calendar oversight, email management, and proactive follow-up
- Serve as a communication hub, aligning leadership with firm-wide projects, tasks, and deadlines
Required qualifications
- Experience supporting senior leadership in a CPA firm
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication
