Job Summary

To support the CEO in a dynamic and mission-driven environment, the contract-to-hire Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer will manage a complex calendar, coordinate meetings, and prepare high-quality materials, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements while anticipating conflicts and offering solutions
  • Support the CEO's daily work routine by prioritizing activities and keeping the CEO informed of time-sensitive issues
  • Plan and execute high-impact projects, including research, presentation preparation, and drafting communications from the CEO
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 10+ years of executive support experience, particularly with C-suite executives
  • Demonstrated success in professional or life experience relevant to the role
  • High degree of professionalism in interactions with diverse stakeholders
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
