Job Summary

A healthtech company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Founder and CEO.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage CEO's calendar, prioritize inquiries, and troubleshoot conflicts
  • Arrange logistics for board meetings and quarterly leadership offsites
  • Prepare and submit expenses, handle personal matters, and work on ad-hoc projects
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO or Managing Director
  • Experience with calendar management, executive communication, and project management
  • Ability to prioritize a large number of tasks and work independently
  • Skilled in using Google suite, Zoom, Slack, QuickBooks, Adobe, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience managing and organizing team offsites
