Job Summary

A healthtech company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Founder and CEO.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage CEO's calendar, prioritize inquiries, and troubleshoot conflicts
Arrange logistics for board meetings and quarterly leadership offsites
Prepare and submit expenses, handle personal matters, and work on ad-hoc projects

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience supporting a CEO or Managing Director
Experience with calendar management, executive communication, and project management
Ability to prioritize a large number of tasks and work independently
Skilled in using Google suite, Zoom, Slack, QuickBooks, Adobe, and Microsoft 365
Experience managing and organizing team offsites
