Job Summary
A healthtech company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Founder and CEO.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO's calendar, prioritize inquiries, and troubleshoot conflicts
- Arrange logistics for board meetings and quarterly leadership offsites
- Prepare and submit expenses, handle personal matters, and work on ad-hoc projects
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO or Managing Director
- Experience with calendar management, executive communication, and project management
- Ability to prioritize a large number of tasks and work independently
- Skilled in using Google suite, Zoom, Slack, QuickBooks, Adobe, and Microsoft 365
- Experience managing and organizing team offsites
