Job Summary
A company is looking for a CMO Executive Assistant to support the marketing teams and the Chief Marketing Officer in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CMO by managing administrative tasks and enhancing departmental efficiency
- Administer the Zoho software suite and maintain CRM programs for productivity improvements
- Schedule appointments, manage projects, and conduct research for business development
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (5-7 years) in a related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and multiple responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in sales software, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of ETS/TGP services after training
