Job Summary

A company is looking for a CMO Executive Assistant to support the marketing teams and the Chief Marketing Officer in administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CMO by managing administrative tasks and enhancing departmental efficiency
  • Administer the Zoho software suite and maintain CRM programs for productivity improvements
  • Schedule appointments, manage projects, and conduct research for business development
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience (5-7 years) in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and multiple responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in sales software, Excel, and Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of ETS/TGP services after training
