Job Summary

Providing comprehensive administrative support, the full-time Executive Assistant to the Hospital President will manage communications, prepare reports, and coordinate schedules while working in a hybrid environment that includes both onsite and remote responsibilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the liaison for the President, facilitating communication across various organizational levels
  • Manage the President's calendar, travel arrangements, and prepare necessary materials for meetings
  • Initiate and prepare reports and presentations, while handling a high volume of correspondence and calls
Required qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in a senior-level administrative support position
  • Graduate of a post-high school administrative assistant program preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in minute taking and calendar management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
