Job Summary
Providing comprehensive administrative support, the full-time Executive Assistant to the Hospital President will manage communications, prepare reports, and coordinate schedules while working in a hybrid environment that includes both onsite and remote responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison for the President, facilitating communication across various organizational levels
- Manage the President's calendar, travel arrangements, and prepare necessary materials for meetings
- Initiate and prepare reports and presentations, while handling a high volume of correspondence and calls
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a senior-level administrative support position
- Graduate of a post-high school administrative assistant program preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in minute taking and calendar management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
