Job Summary
To support NFPA's mission, the fully remote Executive Assistant to the President will manage the CEO's complex calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, and facilitate communication with stakeholders while providing high-level operational and strategic assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CEO & Senior team's calendar, including meetings, travel, and strategic priorities
- Coordinate leadership meetings and prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up action items
- Serve as a liaison between the President and various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of executive-level support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple systems effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
