Job Summary
Residing in the San Francisco-Bay Area, the hybrid Executive Assistant to the President will manage the President's complex calendar, coordinate travel logistics, and serve as a liaison to the board while supporting a nationally recognized LGBTQ+ rights organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the President's calendar, scheduling meetings and travel while preparing briefing materials for engagements
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper for the President's communications, drafting correspondence and maintaining relationships with key external contacts
- Support Board operations by preparing meeting logistics, agendas, and minutes while ensuring governance processes are executed accurately
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable role supporting senior leadership
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, justice, and social change
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft polished materials for diverse audiences
- High proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with managing logistics for a nationally distributed team
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
