Job Summary
Supporting three global Customer Success Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) in a fully remote capacity, the operationally minded Executive Assistant will manage project coordination, optimize complex calendars, and assist in building internal initiatives while thriving in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the central tracking hub for SVPs, driving follow-up on key initiatives and managing deadlines
- Assist in organizing project frameworks and maintaining internal documentation for the Customer Success organization
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and coordinate logistics for leadership events
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting global technology/SaaS executives in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to thrive in high-velocity settings with shifting priorities
- Strong understanding of the connection between tasks and business goals
- Exceptional communication skills to interface with global executives and cross-functional teams
- Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
