Job Summary

Supporting three global Customer Success Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) in a fully remote capacity, the operationally minded Executive Assistant will manage project coordination, optimize complex calendars, and assist in building internal initiatives while thriving in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the central tracking hub for SVPs, driving follow-up on key initiatives and managing deadlines
  • Assist in organizing project frameworks and maintaining internal documentation for the Customer Success organization
  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and coordinate logistics for leadership events
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience supporting global technology/SaaS executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to thrive in high-velocity settings with shifting priorities
  • Strong understanding of the connection between tasks and business goals
  • Exceptional communication skills to interface with global executives and cross-functional teams
  • Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
