Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO who will work remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage CEO's schedule, including meetings and client/prospect interactions
  • Attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate CEO's travel logistics and keep them informed of upcoming commitments

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of executive level support experience
  • Proven ability to plan and work with multiple teams and departments
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and proficiency with office productivity tools
