Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to the President & Board Liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee executive administrative operations and manage the operational budget of the President's Office
- Serve as the primary operational liaison to the Board of Trustees, preparing and coordinating meeting materials
- Support the Senior Leadership Team by preparing meeting agendas and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant executive-level administrative experience
- Significant experience supporting executive leadership and/or Board of Trustees
- Experience managing budgets or financial tracking within an administrative office
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders and Trustees
