Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to the President & Board Liaison.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee executive administrative operations and manage the operational budget of the President's Office
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison to the Board of Trustees, preparing and coordinating meeting materials
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team by preparing meeting agendas and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant executive-level administrative experience
  • Significant experience supporting executive leadership and/or Board of Trustees
  • Experience managing budgets or financial tracking within an administrative office
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders and Trustees
