Job Summary
Supporting the administration of nonqualified deferred compensation plans and corporate-owned life insurance programs, the full-time Executive Benefits Specialist will work in a hybrid environment, managing client communications and plan documentation while ensuring accurate service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage plan administration activities, including annual enrollments and participant communications
- Serve as a primary contact for participants, responding to inquiries and processing plan transactions
- Perform data audits and prepare client reports using databases and Excel
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Exposure to life insurance or NQDC plan administration preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
