Job Summary
To support a growing leadership team, the full-time hybrid Executive Business Partner will manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate strategic initiatives, and improve operational processes while serving as a trusted partner to the executive team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, priorities, and communications to maximize effectiveness
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and coordinate strategic projects for timely execution
- Establish and improve operating rhythms and internal processes for operational excellence
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Founder's Associate role, preferably in a startup environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex priorities and operate independently
- Experience supporting founders, executives, or leadership teams in a high-growth company
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern productivity tools
- Strong business judgment and problem-solving ability
