Job Summary

A company is looking for an ICEO Peer Advisor to provide bespoke career advisory services to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and address each client's unique needs through a tailored approach
• Deliver high-quality, concierge-level support and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement
• Provide coaching on career transition best practices and mobilize appropriate resources for clients

Required Qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience in a leadership role at the C-2 or C-3 level or relevant consultative experience
• Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and development with a proven track record of integrity
• Established professional relationships with senior executives such as CEOs, CFOs, and COOs
• Experience collaborating with leadership and teams to support client opportunities
• Emotional intelligence and empathy, with experience in handling involuntary terminations preferred
