Job Summary

To provide exceptional career advisory services, the part-time ICEO Peer Advisor will manage client relationships, deliver a white-glove experience, and offer strategic coaching to senior leaders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Understanding and addressing each client's unique needs to ensure a tailored experience
• Serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner throughout the career transition process
• Mobilizing ICEO resources and leveraging connections to benefit clients' career advancement

Required qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience in a leadership role at the C-2 or C-3 level, or relevant consultative experience
• Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and developing senior executives
• Proven ability to build relationships with high-level stakeholders, including CEOs and CFOs
• Experience with emotional intelligence and empathy, particularly in career transitions
• Collaborative mindset, with a focus on teamwork and sharing best practices within the ICEO community
