Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Outplacement Career Coach/Job Search Strategist (Part-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with executive-level employees and motivate them to achieve career goals
• Guide employees through the coaching process, including milestone completion and career development
• Advise on resume writing, interviewing, and job search strategies while monitoring candidates' progress

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in career coaching for executives
• Experience with executive resume development and job search coaching
• Bachelor's degree required
• Significant high-level business experience at the Director level or above for at least five years
• Experience with virtual coaching using platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom
