Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Coach to empower IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and drive their success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions for IT MSPs, focusing on best practices and strategic growth
• Collaborate with the Academy Content team to create thought leadership articles for partners
• Document coaching efforts and track progress to ensure alignment with company processes

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of leadership or management experience in an IT Managed Service Provider
• B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with EOS and experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools is preferred
• Strong client service skills focused on delivering value
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
