Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching sessions focused on leadership effectiveness and strategic thinking
• Assess individual coaching needs and create tailored development plans
• Support leaders in navigating organizational structure and team dynamics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience coaching senior-level leaders and/or people managers
• Background in organizational development, leadership, management, psychology, HR, or similar fields
• Demonstrated ability to support leaders with empathy and actionable feedback
• Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced environments
