Executive Communications Director

Job Summary

Supporting the president of the Industrial and Electronics Solutions Group, the full-time Executive Communications Director will develop and execute internal and external communication strategies, create engaging content, and serve as a strategic advisor to ensure alignment with business goals, with the flexibility to work remotely and occasional travel of 10%.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to align stakeholders with the organization's direction and goals
• Craft engaging written and visual content, including internal messages, presentations, and thought leadership materials
• Advise on effective communication channels and strategies for supported organizations and collaborate on joint projects with the corporate communications team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of communications experience, preferably in a high-tech field
• Excellent visual and written storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Outstanding PowerPoint skills; Photoshop experience is desired
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial reporting
• Proven leadership and influencing skills across various organizational levels
