Job Summary
To support a growing Integrated Marketing team, the full-time Executive Communications Lead will develop and refine executive narratives, create communication artifacts for major transformation efforts, and manage a communications roadmap, all while working fully remote during EST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a unified executive narrative and storyline for Integrated Marketing
- Draft, edit, and finalize executive-level communications, including decks and briefing materials
- Create and manage a communications roadmap to ensure alignment across multiple workstreams
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in executive communications, strategic communications, or narrative development
- Proven ability to distill complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives
- Experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with organizational transformation and change management
- Strong editorial and writing skills with attention to detail
