Job Summary

Skilled in corporate communications, the full-time Executive Communications Manager will ghostwrite executive content, manage corporate social channels, and develop strategic messaging aligned with business priorities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead social and content strategy for executives across LinkedIn and other platforms, ghostwriting posts and narratives that reflect their voices
  • Own and manage PAR's corporate social channels, developing content strategies and maintaining a monthly content calendar
  • Track and report on social channel performance, optimizing strategies based on engagement and audience insights
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, or content/social strategy in a B2B or public company environment
  • Proven ability to ghostwrite in various executive voices and manage executive relationships with professionalism
  • Strong editorial instincts with an understanding of effective content on LinkedIn
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple executives and deadlines independently
  • Experience working cross-functionally with PR, marketing, and executives
