Job Summary

Leading the development and maintenance of the executive compensation program, the full-time remote Principal Executive Compensation Partner will analyze market data, design compensation plans, and manage compensation strategies for mergers and acquisitions.

Key responsibilities
  • Research and analyze market data to determine competitive compensation levels for executives
  • Design and implement executive compensation plans, including base salary, bonuses, and stock options
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies for mergers and acquisitions, including employee retention strategies
Required qualifications
  • Experience in executive compensation analysis and program design
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations governing executive compensation
  • Ability to prepare Compensation Committee materials and participate in review meetings
  • Proficiency in data analysis and modeling, particularly with Excel and related tools
  • Understanding of best practices in executive compensation and M&A compensation integration
