Job Summary
Supporting the administration and operational execution of equity and executive compensation programs, the full-time remote Executive Compensation Associate will manage day-to-day equity program activities, maintain data integrity, and prepare analytical reports while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of employee equity programs, including grants, vesting events, and recordkeeping
- Maintain accurate equity and compensation data within relevant platforms, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Prepare reports and analyses related to equity and executive compensation programs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, HR operations, finance, or equity administration
- Experience with compensation, equity, or finance operational processes in a corporate environment
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- US Citizenship is required
